This volume was compiled using the notes from a series of sermons through the book of Romans that Pastor Paul delivered to his congregation at Branch of Hope OPC in Torrance, California. This section, titled The Promise-Making, Promise-Keeping God, is comprised of sermons on chapters nine, ten and eleven of Romans. At the end of each of his sermon notes, Pastor Paul has included a section of “Questions for Study and Meditation.” We hope the reader will find these helpful in their study of and meditation on the Word of God.
