Eventually everyone starts to collect recipes for creating a personalized cookbook. However, with frozen foods and home deliveries from your favorite restaurants the need for home cooked meals has declined. This is a collection of recipes from over forty years of cooking for family and friends. Some are unique but most are quick and easy to prepare. Sections are ‘Appetizers’; ‘Salads’; ‘Soups & Sauces’; ‘Casseroles’; ‘Breads & Rolls’; ‘Crock Pot’; ‘Chicken’; ‘Beef’; ‘Cakes’; ‘Cookies & Bars’; and my favorite ‘Odds and Ends’. I even have included some vegetarian recipes. This cookbook has built in a place for you to rate via checkboxes the recipes as ‘Good’, ‘OK’ or ‘Bad’’ along with some blank pages for you to add your recipes and notes.
