ARKURA

“I have had many names,” he said. “I am called Chief of the Land, Defender of the Lost, Cleanser of the Streams, Interface. You may think of me as Interface.” With these words Jamie Harper is introduced to Arkura, a guardian of Shasoma, the inside of the internet. He has come to take Jamie into his world where his sister Sally has been drawn in by Tszhana, the “dark lands” of that world. Within Shasoma there is a constant struggle: “The struggle,” Arkura said, “good and evil, beauty and ugliness, love and hate, positive and negative. There is only ever one struggle.” Arkura and Jamie begin a fantastic journey through many lands searching for Sally, until they come to the ultimate battle for the soul of Shasoma and so the soul of its “mirror”, our own world.
