Christica

Fifteen-year-old Christopher is a dreamer who has experienced much adversity. He is constantly bullied in school, has no friends, comes from a long line of poverty, and is abandoned by his father for being gay. One day after school, he comes to the aid of a homeless man who rewards him with a CD containing a guided visualization. Christopher listens to the CD and is teleported to a magical world. There, he meets Sophie, The Mother of Creation. She sends him on a journey to find and bring back The Anointed One to save both worlds from the evil tyrant YAHLL. Join Christopher and his new friends, including an adorable orange furry creature named Einey, as they make their way through the ten islands of Christica in search of The Anointed One.
