This is a little story of a statue that moved on my wife and I when we were grieving a loss so profound. As we rested in a Catholic Church in Doncaster, the statue above us seemed to move its head downwards and towards us both, as if to offer some comfort from the wall where it hung. The Jesus on the Cross incident is something we have never forgotten. Real, or a moment of grief filled lunacy on our part? I shall leave you to decide.
