The Angel

I began writing this book as a sort of writer's journal, but as time went by it became more than that. It had become a means to document my transition from college life to the real world and my lack of ability to cope with such a reality without self-destruction. 'The Angel' documents the last year of my life as a college student with all of my uncensored thoughts, hopes and aspirations. As the book progresses my perception of the world around me gradually distorts and fragments leading to my inevitable stint in rehab and the sickness that may have become my salvation.
