This textbook was written to serve primarily two audiences: college/university students that will be doing industry projects and part time studies students from industry that are or will be engaged in project management duties. The textbook steps you through PMI's 5 Phases and the PMBOK 9 essential skills from the Initiation to Close-Out phases of a project. Practical skills/advice, hands-on examples and theory are provided including Microsoft Project examples (see the accompanying Microsoft Project lab exercises textbook by the author).
