Romeu's book tells the life story of four boys who grew up together in Salvador. It explores their lives, their loves, their hopes and aspirations. Now adults, these boys, remain close personal friends. The book traverses their lives from the 1970's, through the year 1999.
The book have already been selected for publication, after having won the Jorge Amado Foundation contest, sponsored by the Government of Bahia , Secretary of Culture and Tourism in 1998.
