Sandmine

In Sam Turton's "Sandmine", high-density prose blocks and poetic "text adventures" strikingly interlard each other, enfolding between them a vision at once humorous, tender, and terrifying. Movie stars with islands in their eyes (and public officials with orifices *for* their eyes!) are among the targets of Turton's Juvenalian flail.
