Ten Days in Brazzaville

Habituellement imprimé en 3-5 jours ouvrés
Jake Timrod, a successful trial lawyer, has a family and a thriving law practice in coastal South Carolina. He is consumed by his products liability practice, the lives of his two young daughters, and the stories of his ancestors. He is doing well. One morning Jake arrives at his comfortable, well-appointed office and discovers a letter--a handwritten letter from an old girlfriend. As he reads her letter he does not suspect that these 750 words will take him from his family, his practice and put him into the middle of Sub-Saharan Africa. He does not know that he will be tested--in every conceivable way--by a tropical landscape torn asunder by anger and ambition. Nor does he know how this letter will change his perceptions, assumptions and his fundamental understanding of how the world works.
