Just as a new Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is seated and the divisive Roe vs. Wade law is being challenged before the High Court, he is viciously murdered and this brings in the crack FBI team led by Special Agent Ralph Weeks and his hand picked crew to catch the killer or killers and also control the huge crowd of one million that has gathered in Washington to learn of the results of the challenge.
