THE ARCHER

After solving the serial killings and the death of the two killers, the Scarecrow and the Grim Reaper, Lieutenant Greg Manners and his homicide detective crews finally had a chance to do just routine police work. But this wouldn't last long for on the horizon appeared a new and equally deadly killer who called himself THE ARCHER. He seemed to kill with abandon which puzzled the detectives who couldn't find a motive for the murders.
