Meryl is making the trip up from Florida to see her youngest grandchild, Jessica, graduate high school, and hopefully patch up some outstanding issues with her daughter while she’s in town. Meanwhile in the criminal underbelly, Vincent Trigano, is making moves to take control of the city once and for all, through any means necessary. By bombing a rival’s restaurant he irreconcilably puts himself, and his organization at odds with Meryl, and no one is going to stand in her way as she gets her revenge.
