This current book is the third book written by Dr Gregory Hii who has an illustrious career after graduating with a PhD from University of Canterbury, New Zealand. The targeted groups are young adults who have just begun their working careers and those who continuously seek to improve their knowledge in different fields. In this respect, the author fully subscribed to the emphasis that all of us should treat learning as a life long endeavour. It should not stop when one entered into a certain phase of one’s life.
