The Yakuza promises wealth and power at the price of undying loyalty. While mainly staying with their native blood, there have been few exceptions. Jia Li, though full-blooded Chinese, has just inherited an extremely prestigious yakuza empire known as the 36 Moons at the ripe age of 23, making him the youngest oyabun to ever walk on Japanese soil. Backed up by his closest subordinates, Jia's plans are under way to take over all of Japan all while dealing with his personal life, the lives of his employees and the lives that he has to take to get what he wants.
