Fat Man Operator's Guide

When he created his Jetmarine, Tom Swift also created the Fat Man diving suit. Like a golden egg with arms and legs, this deep sea diving marvel served Tom well. When Swift Enterprises decided to cease using it for internal projects, it was decided to build and sell a Model B Fat Man suit—more highly automated and with many refinements for operator comfort—to the general public. This manual is the final, preproduction draft of the User's Manual for the Fat Man Model B suit. It features Tom's own hand-sketched drawings for the master control panel; the original of this reproduction is now on display at the Smithsonian.
