The Hidden Power

At this point the team members have spent the better part of three days working, really, on what they should be communicating to their people and to the other stakeholders in their change project. Communication is such a critical part of the transition process. Their communication has already begun. Even if they have formally communicated nothing, their mere presence here in the workshop sends many signals to many people. Communication is probably the next - and most important - thing they will do when they return home. We would like to have these insights still warm when they get back.
