A sequel to "Rose, Ma Petite." This compelling novel starts where the other one ends. It tells of Rose's life during the child bearing years: till her children go to school. There are sad times and joyous times, disappointments and triumphs, good karma and bad karma we all experience through life. Rose's story is told by Grandaughter Shirley Johnson, the sinner, who finds Rose's memoirs in Cajun Manor's library. Shirley is having a lesbian relationship with a woman who rents an apartment from her. The woman learned about Shirley from Private Joe Hancock on a train going to Atlanta the day he left Shirley. The ghost of Rose (saint) becomes Shirley's conscience.
