"Are you going to help me or are you going to stand there like a chicken?" Brooklyn demanded as she was slowly pulled up through the window by her shaken brother. "What are you doing, dork?" she asked, noticing Jamal's distracted expression. "For your information, I'm doing YOUR HOMEWORK!" Jamal said loudly. "Be quiet! You might wake up Dad. I don't want to get in trouble again. That means I can't go to the spray paint carnival for my birthday. It's going to be so epic, the coolest thing ever!" Jamal rolled his eyes. "Ugh, okay, I get it. Now shut up before YOU wake up Dad."
