Bill Norris, an American in Paris, is captured by the Nazis and taken to a concentration camp in the beginning of World War Two. When he escapes he dedicates his life to fighting against the Nazis, becoming THE GRIM REAPER. He used his human wits and strength, and determination to become the Gestapo's #1 Most Wanted! THE GRIM REAPER, appeared briefly in Fighting Yank (his first appearance) and America's Biggest Comics Book, but his longest run was in 17 issues of Wonder Comics.
