À propos de
John Timmins

I was born at the end of World War II in the Lake District of England. At the age of six months I was adopted by an English family who gave me my surname also taught me a few social graces. Unfortunately by the time I was 12 years old, both of these parents had passed away. Then I was taken into care of the local authority and placed at Kingham Hill School in Oxfordshire. From its foundation in 1886 through to the 1970’s this school catered especially for boys like me providing both the stability of a home also an education. When I became 18 years old, I joined the British Army after a few years I moved on to work for the British Government. It was during this time of my life that I made frequent trips behind the Iron Curtain. Subsequently I have lived in the Far East, Germany, Spain and Mid-Wales before returning to live in England.
