Leiticia Rice is a classically-trained musician, teacher and author. She began playing classical piano at age 3 and soon added on viola, voice and violin to her repertoire. Leiticia began competing professionally at the Music in the Mountains Scholarship Competition in 1992 and placed seven years in a row. She joined the Band CJA starting in 1999 and toured through California and Arizona playing for events such as ESPN and Monster Trucks, AZ. Eventually she and her band went on to compete in America's Got Talent and The Next Great American Band. Leiticia is the author of 5 music books including the popular children's book "Paw-Playing Musicians." She is co-owner to Musician Master's in Mesa and is currently pursuing a Ph.D from NCU.
