The author hails from Ilesa in Osun State, South-West Nigeria. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Sector Management from the prestigious School of Governance, Leadership and Management (now School of Public Service and Governance), Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Accra, Ghana. He has over twenty years working experience in the Nigerian Civil Service. He also holds fellowship and membership of a number of Professional Associations. He is an ordained Elder and a Sunday School Teacher in The Apostolic Church Nigeria.
