Andy is a freelance writer, originally from South Wales and now lives in Lincolnshire. He has worked in education and theatre for over thirty years and runs workshops, coaching and mentoring for aspiring writers, as well as continuing to produce his own work both in the UK and overseas. Andy is best known for his play "Moonlight Marionettes" and his work writing comedy sketches for the cast of TVs "Torchwood" to perform at convention appearances. Andy is also Artistic Director of Kazbah Theatre making theatre for children and families through the medium of puppetry, having won multiple awards for his work. In 2024, Andy was invited to join the National Council of the British Puppet Guild. In 2025, Andy was awarded a doctorate in Drama by the University of Lincoln. He is a lifelong writer and educator and firmly believes in the power of creativity and the magic of words.
