Cortina Jenelle Caldwell
Cortina Jenelle Caldwell is a servant leader, creative entrepreneur, and the author of How to Heal the Planet from Wherever You Are, which distills the principles behind her award-winning human and community design strategies. Her work—spanning critical essays, poetry, public speaking, and community organizing—has been featured internationally on NPR, Creative Mornings, National Guild for Community Arts Education, indie publications, and in collaboration with PechaKucha. A lifelong advocate for community, Cortina has supported ecovillages, land projects, coops, and leadership programs with her unique perspective and creative skillset. She is the founder of multiple social enterprises, including Brand Evangelist, House of SOLEIL, adé PROJECT, and the nonprofit ministry OSHANNA. A proud Southern Appalachia native, she remains rooted in the region, dedicating time to service work and outdoor adventures.
