Dr. Dan Okehi is a prominent figure in Nigeria's Insurance and Financial industries, with over four decades of experience. He holds a BSc in Insurance and an MSc in Management from the University of Lagos. A graduate of the Lagos Business School's Chief Executive Program (CEP 5), Dr. Okehi is a Fellow of several institutions, including the Chartered Insurance Institute (London and Nigeria) and the Council of Registered Insurance Brokers of Nigeria. He earned his PhD in Management from Walden University, USA, where his research focused on risk management in banks. Dr. Okehi authored *Modelling Risk Management in Banks* and developed the Brickred Banking Risk Software, revolutionizing risk management in banking. He also won first prize in the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria's essay competition and authored *Insurance Marketing and Strategies*. Dr. Okehi is a Council Member at Enugu State University of Technology Business School, where he teaches Risk Management. He has held consulting roles with the National Insurance Commission and served as Chairman of Rehoboth Microfinance Bank. He is the Chairman of Brickred Consult Ltd and CEO of Brickred Insurance Brokers. A leadership coach and Deacon at The Redeemed Evangelical Mission (TREM), Dr. Okehi is committed to transformative leadership. He is married to Audrey, and they have five children.
