Julie Gasior is the author and illustrator of her book Samy the Star. She has also completed a book of poetry and artwork called Transformations. Ms. Gasior is inspired by a voice of encouragement. Samy the Star was born on Thanksgiving morning as a gift for her nieces and nephews. Samy the Star is just the first in a series by Julie Gasior. Ms. Gasior has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her poetry was published in the renowned poetry publications: Immortal Versus, The Best Poems and Poets of 2005, Songs of Honour and Who's Who in Poetry (2007). Ms. Gasior has also been an accomplished artist for over 20 years.
