The author was awarded a Bachelor of Laws degree by Southampton Institute (that is now Southampton Solent University) in 1994 and a Master's degree in Employment Law by the University of Leicester in 1997. He has written about and practiced employment law for fifteen years and has represented clients at employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
