Life is an experience from which we learn and grow . . . it also has SO much more depth and meaning that we could imagine from much of what goes on in the 'mainstream'. Just as I have been able to 'find myself' and feel more connected with the world (in all its dimensions) around us, so my aim is to help others do the same . . through writing, doing Reiki, drawing mandalas and so on. I write through my own experience. This is 'real life' stuff and, hopefully, practical and accessible to all who are drawn to it. I'm currently doing a PhD at Bangor University (Wales, UK) to bridge the gap between what the academics are saying and the experiences of myself and countless others who are looking for depth and meaning in their lives.
