Katie Krog is a student at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, where she studies Spanish, neuroscience and philosophy. Currently, though, she is spending a semester abroad at La Universidad de Las Islas Baleares in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, where she spends way more time enjoying Spanish cuisine than actually studying. Katie is the middle child in a large Catholic family from Memphis, TN. Her experiences with cancer prompted her to start writing as a hobby at an early age, and her love for words has prompted her to continue writing. When she’s not suffering from chronic writer’s block or curled up with one of her favorite books, Katie enjoys traveling, wine-tasting, and spending time with her friends. After college, she plans to pursue a graduate degree in psychology and hopefully get an apartment that will allow her to bring along her cat, Shadow.
