I am a mother of four, a wife and a business owner. My husband an I started our company - TPGTEX Label Solutions, almost 10 years ago. For several years now, I have given local workshops and helped many people in various areas. The book, retail selling - the lost art, came about when I did a workshop for the sales force of a local Houston company. After the workshop, people started asking for additional copies of the book.
