I’m the translator and editor of these works. As an enlisted man, I served in the US Army during the Vietnam conflict, and graduated with an AA degree from Moorpark Community College plus a BA from the California State University at Northridge. And am retired now after working within the aerospace industry as a quality engineer for over thirty years. It’s been a challenge to complete this project. For the past fifteen years, and after researching Michael Zévaco’s The Pardaillan novels, I publish here the first eighteen chapters in one book to ease the readers to a fantastic ongoing saga. It spans many generations where characters live interestingly and die. It’s truly a complex human drama driven by a forbidden love in the foreground and horrendous religious wars against the story's background.
