About the Author The author is an experienced Party Wall Surveyor and has a number of years of experience in both, the practical out workings of the Party Wall Act and the legal aspects of the Party Wall Legislation. The author is a fellow of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and is currently involved in the training of surveyors in both in the practical aspects of the Party Wall Act and in the legal complications of the Party Wall legislation. The author is a senior consultant at Cadz Architects and Surveyors, which is a centre of expertise concerning Party Wall legislation.
