I am an award winning author, grew up on the Clinch River in Va. I received a National Genealogical Society Merit Award in 2026. I graduated from Richlands High School, Southwest VA community college, Virginia Western Community College, Antioch University, Central Michigan University, and George Washington University. My degrees include Associates, Bachelors, and Masters. I am retired after 26 years of service in the Air Force, Department of Defense, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission. I live in Southwest Virginia and have authored 6 books and will continue authoring books based on genealogical, documentary, land records, birth, death, and Colonial Records. My books are primarily focused the Lester, Brooks, Roberts, Childress/Childers, Tucker, Oke, familes who are descended from the Delaware, Iroquois, Conestoga, Susquehannock, Sapony, Pamunkey, Catawba, Monacan, Nottoway, Nansemond and other Virginia, Pennsylvania and North Carolina Tribes.
