Her desire to help others, combined with her frustration by lack of communication and guidance from agents when she personally purchased or sold property, led her to obtain a real estate license. "I don't want anyone to experience the mediocre (to poor) service I received." Kathy has assisted countless people in buying, selling and leasing property. She also has created and taught real estate classes across Texas and in California after obtaining her CORE and MCE instructor certification. At her students' urging, she went on to write and publish several real estate books, including one that ranked at #1 on Amazon!
