Rene Franzen works as a PhD at SFU Sigmund Freud University, Vienna, Austria, as scientific course director of the Master "Lasers in Dentistry" and is member of the Medical Faculty of RWTH Aachen University, adjunct Professor at MIU Misr International University in Cairo, Egypt, as well as Scientific Director of AALZ Aachen Dental Laser Center, Germany. He is active in research and education in the field of laser dentistry. He is author and co-author of more than 100 publications in this field and excellent at presenting complex topics in an accessible way.
