Rev. Carl W. Miller is the pastor of Heritage Presbyterian Church (OPC) in New Braunfels, TX. He is married to his wonderful bride of 27 years, Stacey. Blessed with a large family, they have six children. Rev. Miller graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) in 2001. He received further training under the mentorship of Rev. David Th. Stark in homiletics and biblical languages. Rev. Miller has faithfully served as a pastor and church planter in both California and Texas. Rev. Miller has also been a lecturer at Reformed Theological Seminary (Houston) in Pastoral Counseling and worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for 15 years.
