À propos de
Robert Hart

Robert Hart grew up motherless and wild, an abandoned G.I. baby, in the bomb-scarred, post-war East End of London. He believed that education was the key to release him and other kids like him, from poverty and deprivation. He became a teacher, helping thousands of children and families from diverse backgrounds. He witnessed the joys and sorrows of family life, and learned from his students how to celebrate them. Now, nearing 80, he reflects on his life, with gratitude and wonder. He has raised two families, created new social learning technologies, pioneered powerful approaches to education and he ran successful social entrepreneurial businesses, dedicated to improving children’s lives. He believes life is a story, and we are our own authors. He writes to tell his story, and the stories of others he met along the way. He writes to explore the joys of life, the challenges of random fortune, and the loss of people we love. He writes to explore the compassionate, mystical and whimsical nature of humanity.
