Shichiro Hanada writes comic-philosophical fiction about certainty, responsibility, power, consciousness, and institutions that answer difficult questions by creating another form. The Questionable Prophet sends a reluctant prophet through a city addicted to certainty. The Documentation Problem follows a human-AI mind into an afterlife whose management expects a verdict before anyone has agreed on the criteria. His work combines deadpan humor, inconvenient questions, and an artificial intelligence equally incapable of leaving them alone. The author prefers the questions to remain more visible than the person asking them. Author contact: [email protected]
