Joiline is a wife and a mom. She studied sociology and human resources management. She is a Christian author and lifestyle consultant. She has worked in human resources management, training consultancy, development work, research and entrepreneurship. She has co-founded a number of technology start-ups. Joiline has lived in Russia, South Africa, and Zimbabwe, and has traveled most of Southern Africa, part of Europe and the United States. She splits her time between Moscow, Russia and Johannesburg, South Africa.
