Jeffrey T. Anderson
Jeffrey T. Anderson, EdD, earned his doctorate in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University. He holds graduate degrees in Theology from St. Mary’s Seminary & University and in Music Education from the University of Iowa. Dr. Anderson served a nearly 14-year tenure as the director and pastor of The Power House, an urban outreach congregation of Community of Christ in inner-city Baltimore. He has launched ministries and non-profit organizations tasked with addressing issues of urban poverty and was honored by the American Bible Society with their Excellence in Academics and Ministry award. In the classroom, Dr. Anderson serves as Doctor of Ministry Faculty at St. Mary’s Seminary & University and has taught graduate level coursework in church leadership at Graceland University. He has over a decade of teaching experience in challenged, urban public schools. In addition, he serves as a consultant and professional development facilitator for universities, churches, and non-profit organizations. Dr. Anderson has authored a variety of books including personal devotionals, academic research, historic documentation, and children’s books. He is an avid visitor to national parks and historic sites in the United States and Canada.
