RICHARD C. BOLTON JR. is a serial entrepreneur, a renowned leadership authority, tactical training expert, speaker, business consultant, and founder of The Bunker Military Surplus, the only store of its nature owned by an African American, thus being an industry pioneer. He is a former nurse, police officer and founder of RCB Publishing Co. He has given readings, seminars and lectures at many renown places and he was honored to be requested to return and be the keynote speaker at his Alma mater's graduating class.
