The Cybernetic Culture Research Unit (CCRU) was an experimental, interdisciplinary theory-fiction collective at Warwick University (1995–2003) that blended philosophy, cyberpunk, techno-culture, and the occult. Associated with Sadie Plant, Mark Fisher, and Nick Land, it became a legendary "renegade" unit known for pioneering accelerationism and "hyperstition".
