THE EARLY CHURCH ADMINISTRATION

Sources and traditional methods of historical science do not allow us to draw a clear picture of the organization of early church and to clear the issue about development of church ministries. Addressing to these questions is possible only with the help of historico-theological analysis . In middle of XX century, due to the works of the theologian – historian, protopresbyter Nikolai Afanasiev, it became possible to get together isolated historic facts and build a complete picture of development of the church organization in the first - the third centuries. The purpose of our work is to summarize the conclusions of Afanasiev.
