Finally Home

Beth froze; it was that woman again "Justin will be late. He got held up with his lady friend. He spent last night with her." Justin wouldn't do that. He had told her that he would never be with another woman while he was married to her. She heard Justin's key in the door and before he had time to say a word she started in "Who were you with last night? Why did you really stay until today?" . Cruel accusation followed . Finally she whirled past him and out the door. "Beth!" Justin tore after her. Beth never saw the car as it sped towards her nor did she feel the tears or hear the anguished cry of the man who held her in his arms.
