Pieces of Her

Elyse Lafontaine has survived heartbreak, abuse, and the weight of raising three kids on her own. But when her daughter calls from down south, scared and begging to come home, Elyse doesn’t hesitate—she hits the highway and heads straight into the past she tried to leave behind. Through custody battles, emotional reckonings, and the slow burn of healing, Pieces of Her follows a woman rediscovering her strength, reclaiming her children, and finally opening her heart to love again. Gritty, emotional, and unflinchingly honest, this is a story about motherhood, resilience, and the power of choosing yourself. She lost pieces of herself along the way. Now she’s putting them back together—on her terms.
