A Perfect Summer

This is the story of Amy, a 10 year old girl who very soon will turn 11. She is in the 5th grade at Bartlett Avenue grade school, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The year is 1953, a time when there were weren’t computers or modern phones, and letters were put in the post box on the front porch. This book is a prelude to the perfect summer that Amy has. Journey back to a time when girls wore skirts to school and life was simple and exciting!
