Ron Rocco : Shake Up!

A 400 pound house composed entirely of waste is enshrine by artist Ron Rocco in upcoming solo show curated by Lynn del Sol entitled Shake Up! He examines concepts of home, community and civilization. This is juxtaposed with the impending violence of the storm, projected from the video and the invasion of tracks from trucks, automobiles, and motorcycles encircling the room. In this way the work hints at the encroachment upon, and destruction of our natural environment on a global scale.
