Chug

Chug is a beetle just like any other, but one fateful day sees his world turned upside-down. The vast expanses of the outside world are thrust mercilessly at Chug’s feet. He is kept company, in part, by his oldest friend Caboyge, as well as new friends and acquaintances whom he meets amidst the chaos of his new life. The insect’s story runs parallel with that of a ship full of humans. The Captain of the ship, Jell E McPue, discovers a birthmark on his body which turns out to be a map. Plunging all his remaining faith and energy in to the promise of the map, he and his newly assembled crew set out on a strange and wonderful adventure. Though for the most part the humans are unaware of their insect stowaways, they play an integral part in the life of Chug and the insect nation.
