Harry Krischock was a remarkable photographer. Best known as a photojournalist whose work featured in the Adelaide Chronicle from 1910 to 1940, he covered a vast array of subjects among which sport was prominent. Many of the pictures are drawn from the centrespreads of the newspaper and concentrate on major events such as Test matches and Sheffield Shield cricket, league football grand finals, golf and tennis titles, Head of the River rowing events, Swims through Adelaide and the Port, yachting races and much more.
